What is fitness walking?
Fitness walking combines walking and bodyweight exercises to supercharge your workout in two ways. The bodyweight exercises take care of the physical, and the walking creates a positive mindset.
How did the Fitness Walking and Bodyweight Exercise book come about?
I got hurt running and weightlifting. Between trial running on uneven rocky surfaces in my area of the county and then overloading a barbell and feeling a shock in by lower back I herniated a disk.
