Welcome to Day 3 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge.
This 20 min daily yoga flow is a full body yoga routine designed to help you build consistency, strength, and mobility while staying connected to your breath. Today’s practice moves at a steady pace, warming the body gradually and supporting both beginners and those returning to their mat.
This class works well as a morning yoga flow to wake up the body, or as a grounding practice any time of day. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and remember that progress comes from showing up, not pushing.
You don’t need to have completed every previous day perfectly to continue. Just meet yourself where you are today.
