Am I a “Gear Princess”? | Shokz Open Swim Pro Review (not sponsored)

Описание: My first gear review and unboxing. Bit exciting. Erm, please let me know if it was any good? If it’s content you’d be interested in seeing? My list of fitness equipment has now doubled … shoes AND headphones! Wow!

I also did a 5k. An actual five kilometres. Not the 4.8 special or the “crikey I’m hungover 4 is enough” kind… a full read it on the stats starts with a 5 distance. Well done me. 6.19 pace too. I’ll take that.

The Shokz. They’re the swimming ones. But they now have Bluetooth so I took them over the runs as well I couldn’t see any differences other than the swim is more durable and can be used for … you’ll never guess … swimming. As project Ironman is going to involve a lot of swimming that seemed like a good feature to me. They sit super comfortably and don’t move a millimetre when you’re running. Sound is good. It’s open ear so by design it’s not immersive but the quality is good. Not tinny or anything like that. Only thing is I noticed that loud volumes made the vibrations so strong my nose tingled… so that’s a thing ?

Anyway nose tingling aside … hahahaha gear princess with a tingling nose ffs … right! … tingling aside they were great and based on my first impressions I really recommend them. I’ll film another how have they been in a few weeks when I’ve really tested them out but out the gate I’m impressed.
