This week we’ve been comparing gels. One of them helped me get a PB … but not for the reasons you may think.
My Protein vs SiS vs KMC.
There were runs. I set a new PB 5k. I was a silly billy and didn’t film any actual running. So this is an interesting video in that it’s about running with no running in it. But I included my strava as evidence.
If I’m being totally honest I really liked the concept of this comparison video but being my first video that could have benefited from scripting and a studio set I found it a slightly clumsy learning curve.
