This easy 10 minute hot fudge is thick, glossy, and completely homemade.
Once you see how fast this comes together, store-bought is officially canceled.

Hot Fudge
Ingredients:
1 cup tap water
1 cup granulated sugar
6 oz dark chocolate (that’s what I use)
2 TBSP butter, salted
2 TBSP agave nectar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4-1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
1/4 cup ovaltine or malted milk powder (bonus, but I do it cuz I love malt)
Method:
Bring the water to a a boil and add sugar and whisk until sugar granules are melted. Then add in your chocolate and other ingredients and keep on medium high heat and cook and whisk constantly for about 5-7 minutes. You can serve right off the stovetop or chill and it will thicken up after cooling.
