Keto Peanut Butter Fudge
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened and unsalted)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup powdered keto sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more powdered sweetener 1 tablespoon at a time.
Pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan (see video). Smooth the surface with a spatula.
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set. Slice into squares and store in the fridge for up to 1 week, maybe longer.
2 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Fudge
1 11-Oz Container Duncan Hines Keto Frosting
1 9-Oz Bag Bake Believe Chocolate Chips
Melt Chocolate in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring after each 30 seconds until it looks like in the video. Remove foil from frosting container and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix with the chocolate, pour into parchment paper-lined container, smooth the top and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set. Slice into squares and store in the fridge for up to 1 week, maybe longer.
