This is one for the purist! Pure Intake sound.
Unfortunately this was the only training heat and the Clio engine had a failure so... I had to stop. We had a deeper look at the engine later that day, but found a stuck/closed exhaust valve due to a broken rocker arm - which you can hear if you listen very carefully in 6th gear.
I'm sad because my main goals for this event were pure pleasure and left foot braking practice.
What an onboard it could've been on Sundays heats!
