Helo everyone ☺I just wanted to share my another video on how to make Special Cheese Puto with salted egg.

Ingredients and Costing

Ingredients for Batter
2 cups All purpose Flour = 12
1 cup white sugar = 12
2 tbsp baking powder(Calumet) = 2
2 sachet 33 g powdered milk @7.50 = 15
1/4 tsp salt = 1
1 tbsp vanilla = 5
100 g melted butter = 28
1 and 1/2 cups water = 1
Egg white from 3 pcs large eggs = 9
Strips of Cheese =10
2 pcs salted egg = 20
TOTAL MATERIAL COST = 111

111 x .40 = 44.4
111 + 44.4 = 155.4
155.4 ÷ 40 (yield) = 3.885
3.885 x 1.70 = 6.6044 or 7 pesos

7 Pesos is the SRP Suggested Retail Price
40 pcs x 7 pesos = 280
280 - 111 (cost of ingredients) = 169

Pwede po kayong kumita dito ng 169 pesos😊❤
Pwede rin po kayo ang magcosting dahil minsan ang presyo ng mga bilihin ay nag iiba iba sa bawat lugar.
Narito po ang COSTING Formula and Sample Computation

Materials cost x 40% = Overhead Cost
Materials cost + overhead cost = Total Cost
Total cost ÷ Number of yields = Price per Piece
price per Piece x 1.70 = Selling Price

MATERIALS COST = includes all the ingredients that goes in the recipe.

OVERHEAD COST = includes electricity, water, gas, etc.

1.70 is the mark up cost (tubo/interest).

SAMPLE COMPUTATION
Halimbawa 200php nagastos mo sa ingredients i-multiply mo sya sa .40 iyan yung 40% na para sa kuryente, tubig, at gas

200 x .40 = 80

Tapos i-add mo ulit yung nagastos mo sa ingredients doon sa 80

200 + 80 = 280

Iyan po ang kabuuang gastos mo. Ngayon i-divide mo naman yung kabuuang gastos sa piraso ng nagawa mo.

Example nakagawa ako ng 50 pcs:

280 ÷ 50 pcs = 5.6 php

Ayan yung presyo nya bawat isa wala pa jan yung TUBO mo. Ngayon i-multiply mo ulit yan sa tubo mo na 1.70 pwede pa itong bawasan/dagdagan kung sa tingin mo masyado ng mataas/mababa yung presyo.

5.6 x 1.70 = 9.52
(1.70 yun patong sa paninda)

9.52 or 10 php = Ito na po ngayon yung pwede mong maging Suggested Retail Price
NOTE:
Ito po ay sample lamang, pwede nyo dagdagan yung tubo/interest (1.70) lalo na kung meron kayong tauhan na pinapasweldo. Pwede nyo itong gawing 1.80 or 1.90 depende sa inyo kung tingin nyo eh hindi pa masyadong mahal ang produkto nyo pero kung wala naman pwd ring gawing 1.66


Tip: Don't forget to set aside the batter for 20-30 minutes before steaming and balutan ng cloth yung takip para hindi po tumulo yung tubig sa puto
