Описание: Sunday evening,, it's about sundown, from here on the east coast of Arkansas,,,,, just counting rocks and bad beans,, you have got to remove them sticks, stones, and bad beans (I can see a math lesson coming?, so sharpen your pencils and leave a comment), the recipe is, 2 lb dry pinto beans soaked overnight in salt water (do not use to much salt!), 2 ham hocks plus 1 extra, 6 cups water at the start, more to be added as it cooks away, cook on high simmer for about 2 hours (until tender), ready to eat now or to make the taste even better, refrigerate overnight and reheat tomorrow (add more water if needed),,, serve with homemade cornbread muffins, butter, carrots, and sweet green peas, sliced onion rings,,,, leave a comment, subscribe, pass it on,, this is #1 of 3,,, to be continued,,,, Oh!,yes, this is gonna be good and if I may quote from a letter I recently received (appreciate the little things in life) thanks
