2 Pounds of dried Pinto Beans (use only 1 Pound if you have a small family or it's just for one meal)
Pick Beans well
Wash well
2 Ham Hocks (1 If just using a 1 pound bag of pinto beans)
5 quarts of water (less for 1 pound bag of beans)
salt/pepper
Cook until beans are tender
Refer back to video for steps
