Key Focus Areas:
1) Here we are targeting adductor strength/lateral pelvic control
2) Generally speaking, you should aim for knee, hip and shoulder in-line alignment. Pelvis should remain neutral (no side-to-side hiking), and stance shoulder should be vertical.
3) Pick a progression that is safe, but challenges you. Targeting adductor and core strength.
