🧂 Ingredients:
2 cups flour (maida or wheat flour)
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp oil (for dough + layering)
Water (as needed for kneading)

1. Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
