Ingredients
4 eggs
1½ cups sugar (1 cup for caramel, ½ cup for pudding)
½ cup warm milk
Method / Recipe
Step 1: Make the Caramel
Place a frying pan on low flame.
Add 1 cup sugar to the pan.
Let the sugar melt slowly until it turns golden brown.
Do not stir too much; just swirl the pan gently.
Once caramelized, pour it evenly into the pudding mold or baking dish. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Pudding Mixture
Crack 4 eggs into a blender or bowl.
Blend or whisk until smooth.
Add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup warm milk.
Mix well until everything is fully combined.
Step 3: Bake the Pudding
Carefully pour the pudding mixture over the prepared caramel.
Place the mold in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes (or until set).
Step 4: Chill and Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Demold carefully and serve chilled.
