Join the amazingly bendy Xiuming on the mat, guided by Priyan, for a 45 minute Flow Class that incorporates poses taken from the "Dropback" theme from classes conducted in our studio last week.
On that week we learnt to engage deep supporting muscles that protected our spine without losing our range of motion.
Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana), Standing Backbend (Anuvittasana) and Dropbacks.
