We’re 168 miles out from Fort Collins, Colorado.

The load’s steady.
The mountains are starting to whisper on the horizon.
The Bobcat D30 is riding smooth.

And then…

Denver calls another 10-100.

Yes, again.
Not the city. The Jack Russell. 🐾

Somewhere along the stretch northbound, with Colorado drawing closer by the mile, the co-pilot made it clear this was not a “hold the line” situation.

So we eased off, let the desert give way to open shoulder and quiet wind, and handled business like professionals.

This run has officially become:

Part 1 – Canyon rollout
Part 2 – Climbing north
Part 3 – Hydration management by a 15-lb supervisor

168 miles to go.
Freight still secure.
Morale high.
Bladder… apparently active.
