Congratulations! You’ve made it to Day 28 of the 28-Day Wheelchair Fitness Challenge! 🎉
Today is a final recovery session, giving your body a chance to rest, reflect, and absorb all the gains from the past four weeks. Recovery is just as important as the workouts themselves—it’s what cements your strength, endurance, and mobility improvements.
During this session, we’ll focus on gentle seated stretches, mobility flows, and light movement, while reviewing the progress you’ve made and how to carry it forward.
By now, you’ve experienced:
Strength progression from dumbbells and bands (up to 4×12 reps)
Cardio progression up to 16 minutes of HIIT and pole work
Core and trunk improvements
Yoga and mobility flows that enhanced posture, flexibility, and control
This session is your chance to celebrate consistency, reflect on your achievements, and set intentions for continued fitness beyond the challenge.
