The International Criminal Court will next week deliver judgment in the case against former Lord's Resistance Army Commander, Domnic Ongwen who has been on trial for war crimes and crimes against Humanity since 2016. He denies committing the crimes. In a press conference today, the head of the ICC field Team in Uganda said the ruling will be read at mid-day Thursday 4th February. The Hague-based Court regards next week's ruling a breakthrough for delivering justice for thousands of people affected by more than a decade-long conflict in northern Uganda.#NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
