Описание: China's Karakoram Highway, along the country's western border, is one of the most scenic international highways, leading into Pakistan. It's surrounded by lakes and snowcapped mountains and is home to Kyrgyz nomads and farmers herding yaks. This region requires a special permit to enter because of its proximity to several borders with Central Asian countries.
