Wintery Scenes During The Severn Valley Railway Winter Gala 2025. Featuring 13268 & 1450/7714

Описание: The weekend of the 4th & 5th January the SVR held its Winter Gala for the second year running with all home fleet locos in action. The Sunday of the Gala produced some proper winter weather with overnight snow starting off the day. With this due to disappear by late morning, I headed out to capture the first couple of trains hoping the snow was going to last and it luckily did. This also combined with 1450 being on the front of a double header with Pannier 7714. This loco working its first passenger trains on the Valley since overhaul. There’s only 3 video clips to watch and it starts of with Stanier Mogul 13268 at Bewdley Tunnel giving the location a different outlook. Then with onto the double headers (1450 & 7714) leaving Bewdley and then Eardington Bank. Unfortunately the camera suffered a bit of auto focus problem a two points on the shot leaving Bewdley which did disappoint me, but it is what it is.
An enjoyable event though on the Valley and trains especially on the Saturday looked very busy and shows that an event at the start of the year is worth doing even without any headliners.
