🌟INGREDIENTS
Mutton 500 gram
Haldee (turmeric powder )3/4tsp
Pyaz (onion) 2 medium size
Lehsan adrak (ginger,garlic paste) 1tbs
Tmatar (tomato) 2 medium size
Namak (salt) 1tsp
Dahi (yogurt) 1/2cup whisked
Hari mirch (green chilli) 3-4
Adrak (ginger) 1 small piece
Khushak dhania (coriander seed)3tsp
Zeera (cumin seed) 1tsp
Saunf (fennel seed)1tsp
Kali mirch (peppercorns )1tsp
Sabut LAL MIRCH (whole red chilli)4-6
🌟RECIPE
_In a pan dry roast coriander seeds,cumin seeds,fennel seeds, peppercorns, and whole red chillies on low heat for 3 minutes till the items are roast and release the flavour.
_Take out it in a bowl and let it cool.
_Transfer to a grinder and make it powder.
_In a pot add mutton,onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder ,tomato and water.
_Cook it on medium flame until meat tender.
_In a wok add cooking oil and fry ginger,garlic paste and green chillies for 2,3 minutes.
_Add boiled mutton and fry it for 2 minutes.
_Add yogurt and remaining puree.
_cook until oil separates.
_Add roasted spices 3-4tsp and cook for 4-5 minutes.
_Add ginger,green chillies and fresh coriander.
