Lahori Cholay/Chaney Ka Salan I White Chickpeas Curry Safaid Chana Ka Salan Recipe in Urdu Hindi

INGREDIENTS
Chanay ( chickpeas) 250 gram boiled
Aloo (potato) 250 gram boiled
Pyaz ( onion) 2 medium size
Lehsan ( garlic)8-10 cloves
Adrak (ginger)1 inch piece
Tmatar(tomato) medium size 2
Namak(salt)1,1/2 tsp or as required
Lal mirch (Red chilli powder)2 tsp or as required
Haldi (turmeric powder)1/2 tsp
Khushak Dhania (coriander powder)
1 tsp
Zeera (cumin seed powder)1/2 tsp
Garam masala (whole spice powder)
1 tsp
Hara Dhania ( fresh coriander)3 tbs
Achar (pickle)1 tbs
DIRECTIONS
_In pot add cooking oil & onion.
_Fry till golden brown.
_Add ginger & garlic .
_Fry for 2 minutes.
_Add tomatoes & fry for 1 minute.
_Now make paste of fried onions etc.
_In oil add roasted paste .
_Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder & coriander powder.
_Add boiled chickpeas & potatoes.
_cook for 2-3 minutes.
_Add pickle .
_Mix well.
_Add water .
_Cover & cook for 15 minutes.
_Add all spice powder and fresh coriander .
_Ready to enjoy.
