Buying whole brisket is way cheaper than pre-sliced meat.
I cut it into blocks, freeze it, slice it thin, and portion it for the freezer.
Tip: if it’s fully frozen, it can be too hard to slice.
Microwave it for about 30–40 seconds to soften it slightly — it cuts much easier.
