Paramedic Jay Vernon, who was first on scene at the Liverpool parade crash on May 26, says he feared there had been a terror attack.
Paul Doyle, 54, is due to be sentenced on Monday for 31 offences related to the crash, which happened when he ploughed into crowds of fans making their way back from the city’s waterfront after the Premier League victory celebration.
