SWEATY TOTAL BODY HIIT WORKOUT AT HOME - 30 MINUTE HIIT WORKOUT WITH WARM UP// Looking for sweaty total body HIIT workout with warm up included? Try this 30 minute full body HIIT workout at home. This advanced home HIIT workout includes a warm up followed by 2 rounds of high intensity exercises. Don’t be put off by the jump rope - we only use this in the warm up and if you don’t have one at home, don’t like skipping or just don’t fancy skipping then switch out the exercise for something else. It’s totally okay to change things up and make this HIIT workout your own. The main workout is bodyweight only.

Warm-up
Jump rope
Rest
Bodyweight squats
Alternate forward lunges
Alternate reverse lunges
Side to side adductor stretch
Jump rope
Rest
Sumo squats
Alternate lateral lunges
Jump rope
Rest - 20s
Main Workout
40 seconds exercise/ 20 seconds rest in between exercises / 60 second rest in between rounds
Mountain climbers
Half-burpee and squat hold
8 x diagonal ice skaters forwards and backwards
Squat thrust, plank jack and slalom climber
4 x jump lunges & 1 x half-burpee
4 x Heisman Shuffle & 2 x ice skaters with foot touch
Sprinter burpees - half-burpee & 8 x high knees
3 x ski jumps & 2 x pop squats
2 x high plank shoulder taps & 2 x low Spiderman planks
2 x renegade rows & 2 x alt knee taps
5s fast feet & 6 x high knee skips
Repeat round again
End of HIIT workout
