Three Mover Boosters can be used on the same turn to drastically increase a hero's movement. All movement abilities are included Ground movement, pipe exit, team jumps, jump pads, and stomp jumps. A lot of RNG is needed to get three Mover Boosters in 1 turn while still being able to move.
While it is possible to use four Mover Boosters in 1 turn, that would require using every action ticket, so there would be no way to take advantage of that. Itchy Feet can be used instead of the third Mover Booster, which can add 1 range to ground movement but the hero won't get the increase to any other forms of movement. Every action ticket would need to be sacrificed to use 3 Mover Boosters and Itchy Feet, though that can be displayed on the tacticam during the next opponent's turn.
The Triple Threat item could help draw a fourth Mover Booster and use Itchy Feet without losing movement, but that would require much more RNG.
