Resistance Band Tricep Workout | No Attachment
This resistance band arm workout will give your arms a great pump. You will feel this workout in the bicep, tricep, and even a little bit in your forearms.
HOW TO DO THIS RESISTANCE BAND TRICEP WORKOUT | No Attachment:
This resistance band tricep workout is comprised of 5 different resistance band exercises that you will repeat for 2 rounds. So, the workout contains 10 resistance band exercises. You will do the resistance band exercises for 30 secs and then take a 15-sec break in between each set.
