Hiking in Iceland EP 9: Rauðibotn - F210 River crossings, Hike and Drone footage

Описание: The extinct volcanic crater of Rauðibotn is probably one of the most beautiful volcanic craters in Iceland. It is relatively easy to get there, but the road is rough, the drive is long, and it requires a car suitable for f-roads. it is also only possible when the highland roads are open.

There are three river crossings coming from the f-210 south. the first three are essentially very big ponds, though this mostly depends on how much it rained. The third one before the Holmsa river is a little bigger, but you can also leave the car before the Holmsa river crossing and continue on foot. Just don't try to Cross the Holmsa River to get there; it's a dangerous and difficult one.
