Single Cup Classic 1:15 Pour Over Recipe
Ingredients:
Coffee dose: 12 grams
Total water: 180 mL at 88°C - 95°C
Grind size: Medium / 5.0 Setting on Timemore Chestnut S3 / 3.30 rotations on 1ZPresso JX-Pro/ 23-25 clicks on Comandante (750 - 850 microns)
Dripper & paper: Origami Air S & Kalita Wave 155 Paper Filter
Steps:
1. Pour 30 mL of water in a circular pattern and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
2. Add 50 mL of water in a circular pattern and wait until 01.00.
3. Add another 50 mL of water in a circular pattern and wait until 1.40.
4. Pour the final 50 mL of water in a circular motion. The brew should finish between 03.00 and 03.30.
5. Swirl your carafe gently and enjoy!
