Ingredients:
📌Coffee dose: 10 grams
📌Total water: 170 mL at 92°C
📌Grind size: Medium (700 - 800 Microns) / Setting 4.0 - 5.0 on Timemore Chestnut S3 / 24 - 30 Clicks on Comandante C40
📌Dripper & Paper : Origami Air S & Cafec Abaca Paper Filter
Steps:
1. Begin to pour 30 mL of water at 92°C in circular motion.
2. Let the coffee bloom for about 30 seconds.
3. At 00.30, pour up to 70 mL of target volume at 92°C in circular motion. Wait until 01.00.
4. At 01.00, pour up to 120 mL of target volume at 92°C in circular motion. Wait until 01.30.
5. At 01.30, pour up to 170 mL of total target volume at 92°C in circular motion.
6. The total drawdown time is around 02.30 - 03.00.
7. Give your carafe a good swirl and enjoy!
