Описание: Similar to previous Stages of the Alpe Adria Trail, we customized this stage so we could visit both the Virje waterfall (after a rainy night it was a must see!) and the Kobarid Historical Trail, a 5 km loop that takes a few hours to complete as there are many historical, cultural and natural points of interest. If you remain on the AAT, you will discover this trail south of Dreznica as part of the Walk of Peace and like us, you may want to take extra time to explore the area. If you're wanting a rest stop between Bovec and Kobarid, consider Zaga for a coffee break as you won't find many cafes past this point. Here you will find the Boka waterfall which is very spectacular and easily viewed from the bridge. If we return, we will definitely want to hike more of the trails in this area! Passing through the "Narnija Trail" was also a treat and it's understandable that movie makers would want to use this area as a backdrop for their films. We really enjoyed this stage as it had a little bit (and a lot) of everything!
