Sauk Mountain Hike & Radio | SOTA POTA

Описание: One of my favorite local north Puget Sound hike due to views and relatively easy ~4 mile and 1,100 ft of gain. It's a popular hike, so recommend getting there early on the weekend or mid-week. This was my 4th time hiking to the summit, and sure I'll be back a few more times. (-: Hoping the video captures a portion of the beauty and inspires you to hike this one (if you haven't already).

For "playing radio", I used the Yaesu FT3D with rollup jpole antenna for local 2m contacts, and the Elecraft KX2 with Wolf River Coil mini for HF. I was able to spot via web browser on my phone once, but struggled with AT&T cell service most of the time and was not able to post a spot.
