The outgoing president of Montenegro who lost a weekend presidential poll challenged the result on Tuesday (21/10) and called his supporters onto the streets to protest, party officials said.
Momir Bulatovic, a conservative ally of Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic, is refusing to accept the results of the OSCE-monitored elections. He was defeated by Milo Djukanovic, an opponent of Milosevic.
