Woodturning - Multi axis spindle turning - Off centre turning project - Apple Goblet.

Описание: Hello and welcome to the channel. In this video I take a piece of green, unseasoned apple branch and turn a small goblet on the woodturning lathe. To achieve the unusual shape this piece was turned on and off centre over three different positions.

I have always loved multi axis/eccentric turning as it's a super delicate process from the start. A decent grip on the chuck is extremely important, sharp tools and taking very light cuts. To really show this, none of the footage has been sped up although it has been edited down from approximately 45 minutes total.

Being green wood no finish was applied.
