1.1 Flores
A mixture of red and yellow Caturra produced and washed by Roger Chilcón Flores on his farm in San José de Lourdes, San Ignacio, Perú.
Flores has aromas of dried berries and dutch cocoa, and a winy acidity that finishes with notes of cacao and hibiscus.

1.2 Aguas Claras
A mixture of Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo produced and washed by José Alfredo Oviedo Beltran on Finca Aguas Claras in Timaná, Huila, Colombia.
Aguas Claras has aromas of dark chocolate brownie, molasses, and orange and a cup with green apple acidity, sugar cane, and marshmallow.

1.3 Kinini
Bourbon produced and washed by the 48 members of Kinini Coffee Cooperative on their farms in the Rulindo District of the Northern Province of Rwanda.
Kinini reminds us of a cinnamon roll with its brown sugar and sweet cream aromas, and a cup full of raisin, dark honey, and orange.

1.4 Abera Degela
A mixture of heirloom varieties grown by Abera Degela and naturally processed at the Worka Cooperative in Chelbesa, Gedeb, Ethiopia, where Abera is a founding member.
Abera Degela coffee is full of remarkably ripe fruit while maintaining a structured acidity. Expect to find aromas of mixed berries, dessert wine, and fruit punch in a very sweet cup that will finish with milk chocolate, cola, and black cherry.
