2.1 Rancho Carmen
A mix of several varieties--Criollo, Caturra, Bourbon, Typica Mejorado--produced 1,500 to 1,800 meters above sea level, and washed by 30 small-scale coffee growers in Chinchipe, Zamora, Ecuador.
Rancho Carmen has aromas of buttery caramel and malt chocolate, and a clean cup that reveals grape and cools with agreeable sweetness.

2.2 Karindundu
A mix of several varieties--SL28, SL34, Batian, Ruiru--produced 1,700 to 1,800 meters above sea level, and washed by members of the Barichu Cooperative in Nyeri, Kenya.
Karindundu has aromas of orange and floral honey, and a sweet cup full of sugar cane, sweet cream, and structured acidity.

2.3 Guillermo Lomas
A separation of Typica Mejorado produced and washed 1,350 meters above sea level by Guillermo Lomas on his farm in La Perla, Pichincha, Ecuador.
This coffee from Guillermo Lomas has aromas of brown sugar and honey, and a complex acidity that presents flavors of spiced cider and florals as it cools.

2.4 Gatomboya
A mix of SL28 and SL34 produced 1,700 to 1,800 meters above sea level, and washed by members of the Barichu Cooperative in Nyeri, Kenya.
Gatomboya has aromas of vanilla, peach, and grapefruit and a juicy cup full of passionfruit, concord grape, hibiscus, and berry pie.
