Hip Extensions
Why do it?
Improves glutes and hamstring strength for walking uphill or climbing stairs.
How to:
• Stand facing a table, bench, or chair with feet hip-width apart
• Gently engage your core and keep your back neutral (don’t arch)
• Squeeze your glutes and lift one leg straight behind you
• Pause, lower with control, then change legs
Tip: Move slowly and stay tall
