Easy Cast Iron Skillet Lamb Chops Recipe

Hello! Today I played around with a new recipe. I made juicy lamb chops and paired it with spinach, onions, and roma tomatoes. Keep reading the description box for a full list of ingredients!
Ingredients:
Olive oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
(3-4 lbs) shoulder lamb chops
Correction: THYME was used, not rosemary
Garlic powder
Red pepper flakes
Soy sauce
(1 & 1/2 stick) butter
(1/2) onion, sliced
(1 package) roma tomatoes, sliced
(1/2 bag) fresh spinach
Directions:
(Note: I boiled lamb first for 10 minutes.)
1. Add olive oil to cast iron skillet, or cooking oil of your choice.
2. Add shoulder lamb chops.
3. Top with thyme and sprinkle garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce.
4. Add 1 & 1/2 stick of butter. Allow to melt then coat over lamb chops.
5. Allow lamb chops to brown. When bottom side is brown, flip and repeat.
6. When both sides are evenly brown, transfer to a plate. Repeat for all lamb chops.
7. After lamb chops are cooked, add sliced onions, fresh spinach and sliced roma tomatoes to skillet. Cook until spinach wilts.
8. Remove from skillet and plate with lamb chops.
Serve and enjoy!
