In this part, we complete the Left-Hand Tower and the Right-Hand Tower along with completing a lot of the stages in Tibby's Mom. I also wanted to show off a much better run of Blue Bear along with some Perfect Challenges.
These are the stages shown in this part:
The Snappy Trio: Successful attempt at 08:20 - This stage is back from Rhythm Tengoku and it plays exactly the same as it did there. Pretty much, it's the same as the Clappy Trio, but the clap patterns are a bit faster and complicated here. That Skill Star is NOT fun.
Fan Club 2: Japanese version at 10:03 and English version at 15:52 - I like Fan Club 2 much more than the first. It plays the same as DS's with the additional clap pattern, but aesthetically, it's MUCH different. It's lengthy, but not too difficult.
Figure Fighter 3: English version at 18:41 and Japanese version (with Skill Star) at 21:07 - This was Figure Fighter 2 in Fever. The jab patterns are trickier here along with more unpredictable patterns in general. Its Star isn't too bad to get.
Jungle Gymnast: 23:10 - Like Animal Acrobat, this stage really isn't hard at all. The timing's a bit tougher to get the hang of, but it's by no means bad. It plays exactly the same as Animal Acrobat, but introduces grey monkeys, which start with a two-sound cue and always have you grab onto a single monkey the second time.
Left-Hand Remix: Successful attempt at 32:39 - This is actually one of my favorite Remixes in the game from how well the songs connect, but that Star is DEFINITELY the toughest part of the stage. Not much else to say otherwise.
Tap Trial 2: Successful attempt at 38:13 - Known as Super Tap in Tengoku, this stage returns with no changes gameplay-wise. The tapping, like the original, is MUCH more fast-paced. You gotta keep up to impress those monkeys!
Jumpin' Jazz: 40:04 - I plan to show a better run of this stage in one of the later videos. Known as Frog Hop 2 in Rhythm Heaven for the DS, this stage is MUCH tougher here, as I think the timing is more strict. The length of the stage is what makes it hard.
Hole in One 2: Successful attempt at 44:52 - This plays exactly the same as in Fever, and it's actually one of the easier later stages. You just have to watch out for the multiple golf balls in a row.
Super Samurai Slice 2: 47:20 - While I think this stage is easy, it's EXTREMELY fun. It doesn't have any new mechanics from the first one, but the demon patterns are much faster here.
Right-Hand Remix: Successful attempt at 53:30 - This is another really good Remix. It reminds me from Remix 6 from the DS game, where you have to continue doing the same things during the transitions. It's tough, but a good challenge.
Cosmic Dance: Japanese successful attempt at 57:27 and English version at 59:35 - This stage is exactly how it was in Tengoku. Generally, it's just faster than Space Dance.
Cosmic Rhythm Rally: Successful attempt at 1:04:52 - This is definitely one of the hardest stages to perfect in the game (I actually did it today lol). It's as tough as it is in the DS game. This is a stage that's actually easier to beat with your eyes closed. Follow the rhythm and listen for the cue that plays before the rapid four-ball sections.
Working Dough 2: 1:09:24 - I'm pretty bummed that this came back instead of Munch Monk 2, but it's not that big of a deal. I actually think this stage is easier than the first. The patterns are more awkward to follow here, though.
Karate Man Senior: 1:12:13 - This stage brings back the Karate Man gimmicks from both DS and Fever with kicking and combos. A new thing in this stage is that you have to punch pots at a much faster rate than Karate Joe.
