My fourth and last part of the Elsterperlenweg, recorded shortly after the third part. The weather was amazing. The sun was shining but it was a bit chilly. The trail started in Berga towards Wünschendorf in north west direction on the westside of the White Elster river.
The first part followed very close to the frozen river as the sun doesn't reach there this time of the year. The weir near Clodramühle as well as the wooden water wheel were frozen over. The remaining parts followed the Elster river along an elevated forest path that was beautifully covered with snow. The trail deviated towards an old monastery in Mildenfurth before finishing in Wünschendorf near an old wooden house bridge.
The video is shot in portrait mode which is perfect for viewing on mobile and also really relaxing for your eyes. Follow the calming sound of my footsteps in the snow and have a nice day.
