Today, we are doing a 30 minute lower body workout focused on quads & thighs. Quick, sweaty, and intense, with both weighted & bodyweight exercises included! I used a single dumbbell pair throughout (35 lbs), but please pick a weight that is challenging to you individually.

For this booty workout, I am using the following two dumbbells:
2 X 35 LBS [16 KG]
As always, the timer is just a suggestion - please feel free to pause this workout and take your time. Make sure your pelvis remains in neutral position for the workout (do not stick your butt out!). For all exercises, keep your core nice and tight throughout.
