The typical zarandeado fish is grilled but if you don't have a grill or you just want to make it in an easier way, you can cook it on the stovetop as you will see it in this video 🙌🏽
Ingredients:
•8 Fish fillets (Tilapia)
•Salt
•Pepper
Sauce
•Cooking oil
•2-3 cloves of garlic
•1 small piece of onion
•3 guajillo peppers (seedless, deveined and stemless)
•3 chiles de arbol 🌶️(optional)
•1 tbsp mayonnaise
•Juice of 1 lemon
•Pinch of salt
•Pinch of tomato buillon
•1/4 cup of water
