Ingredients:
2-4 lbs tilapia
4 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods; cleaned, rinsed and dried
1/4 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 chile chipotles in adobo sauce
5 tbsp lime/lemon juice
1 tbsp liquid seasoning(knorr or Maggi)
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
Salt I used 2 tsp
1 tsp black pepper
