Olle Adolphson was a Swedish singer songwriter long before that title existed.
He was beloved and famous for his songs which he often performed himself,singing and playing his guitar.
One day in the late 1990:s my collegue Mats Bergström visited Olle in his home when suddenly he took out of his
desk drawer a manuscript with five solo guitar pieces. One of the pieces was this little masterpiece with the odd title
’A little Boy Explains’ - Erik’s Song.
Erik is one of Olles sons and I imagine a child telling a story,saying more or less the same words over and over but every
time a little bit different. But this is just my imagination…..
Anyway I’m so greatful to Mats Bergström for finding,performing and publishing these wonderful pieces.
