About your instructor: Kimberly Edgeworth is a physical therapist and registered yoga instructor. Kimberly practiced physical therapy in acute care and outpatient orthopedic settings for several years. After stepping away from her career to raise four daughters, Kimberly discovered the power of yoga in her life. Eager to share the benefits of the practice, Kimberly trained with Abundant Yoga Studio in 2020, focusing on Christ-centered yoga, and has led classes, retreats, and in-services ever since. Kimberly remains passionate about teaching others to move their bodies in safe and gentle ways while meditating on Truth from God’s Word. She is Yoga Alliance certified RYT-500.
