Mad Men Signature Cocktails

Old Fashioned
○ 2 teaspoons Demerara Syrup
○ 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
○ 2 oz Bourbon
○ Orange zest for garnish

Whiskey Sour
○ 2 oz Bourbon
○ 0.75 oz lemon juice
○ 0.75 sugar syrup
○ 1 egg white
○ Maraschino cherry and lemon rind for garnish

Manhattan
○ 2 oz Rye
○ 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
○ 2 dashes Angostura bitters
○ Maraschino cherry for garnish
