With the new Tizheruk Scale and Miniphage tech, Techno can now semi-reliably do without Fed Dragon or DM/DC/Seasonal/SO gear. Yes, this is IE with Dragon Blade.

Dolaas is the same as usual: Break his focus 2x with Tog + Horizon, then kill him with a third Tog Horizon. Chimera is used for more damage than Starved Dragon, though it's summoned right before Dolaas's first Focus break

Hatir is where the new tech helps a lot. If you swap Miniphage after his last recovery turn, you can get 9 hits on the dragon before he gets his MPM up. From there, getting 6 hits in 3 turns is easy, especially since Dragon Blade's +Bonus was fixed. You probably don't even need to use the Zard Kebob I used. Other than that, time your Tog + Horizons for his recovery phase, and try to kill him ASAP.

As usual, this isn’t apeable because you have to react to what the dragons are doing.
