📌 This week I present you with a must-know checklist to implement as soon as you suspect feeling burnt out or abnormally stressed and unhappy at work so you can exit that stage quick and never experience it again.
Some people unfortunately rush to get back to a "normal work life" and skip the steps I mention in the video which leads them to dip back into burnout a second, a thrid and for some a fourth time in a span of a few years.
