An exotic ode to summer using cold water lobster, a bouillon of rose geranium, dried edible French flowers, squash with bee pollen and tagliatelle of celery.
Bouillon 1 - Leeks, lemongrass, a pinch of hot pepper, lemon zest, lime zest and a rose geranium leaf.
Bouillon 2 - Onion, eggplant, celery, carrots and fennel along with black pepper.
Château Sainte Michelle Rosé, Columbia Valley, Washington
Hint - reuse the vegetable/lobster bouillon to make a bisque.
