Hiking to Rawson Lake! This trail in Kananaskis starts at Upper Kananaskis Lake. It does branch off into a few other longer trails, but this is a decently shorter one that still has enough elevation gain to make the work worth it!
Plus, you get to go past the very nice Turret Falls! At the top, check out the creek for fish. There is a trail that is accessible in the summer to climb up Sarrail Ridge, but the snow was a little too steep and slippery for what I was prepared for this time. Still a super nice lake to get to hang out at for a while!
