Parker Ridge is a fantastic hike in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies on the Icefields Parkway.
Filmed in early October, on a gorgeous sunny autumn day, the 4.5-hour journey to the trailhead from our holiday cabin was a feast for the senses with superb scenery and dazzling autumn colours along the way.
The moderate hike to the crest of the ridge exceeded our expectations with outstanding views over the Saskatchewan Glacier and 360 degrees stunning mountain and valley landscape.
